One-on-One Personal Training
At Fat Al’s Gym we offer REPs certified qualified advanced personal trainers. We can do one on one personal training sessions in the gym or we can arrange to meet you at your home or a park near you. We are experts in fat loss, muscle gain, fitness training for events, or general fitness improvements. We can also do pre and post natal training as well as injury rehabilitation.
If you’d prefer, as a more cost effect method, we can train you in a pair or a small group up to five people.
As well as the training we offer a range of services such as postural assessment, nutritional consultation, body composition analysis, food intolerance testing and lifestyle coaching.
With years of experience we can calculate exactly how many calories you are currently using and how many you need to drop or gain weight. This knowledge is essential if you want to make some serious changes to your appearance.
Body composition is finding out exactly how much fat and muscle you have using non-invasive measuring techniques.
Bodybuilding Prep Coaching
I have been a competitive natural bodybuilder since 2004. I have competed for the WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation), UKDFBA (United Kingdom Drug free Bodybuilding Association), BNBF (British Natural bodybuilding federation), the NPA (Natural physique association) and The DFAC (Drug free Athlete coalition). I am the 2018 British Heavyweight & Overall Champion and WNBF Pro Natural bodybuilder. I am ranked 2nd in the Pro world Championships and have had numerous other British and worlds titles. I’ve been around the industry for a long time. I have prepped countless bodybuilding and physique athletes and have accumulated a mass of titles and placings for many of my athletes. With years of personal experience, thousands of industry hours, and being a qualified Sports nutritionist I have the tools and the wisdom to guide you through the process.
I cover detailed nutrition strategies, training plans, posing and routine choreography, stage readiness, tanning advice,and peak week protocols. I have worked with numerous bodybuilders (natural and assisted), physique models and figure competitors, and they all have one thing in common, they walk on stage big, full and incredibly lean. At the beginning of your online virtual personal training journey I go through all of your dietary habits and educate you to make positive changes that enable you eat better. We discuss metabolism, blood sugar management and help you to understand calories and macronutrients. You then get an eating plan specific to you and your goals.
Individually designed Exercise Programs
My Virtual online personal training package includes a variety of workout programs. These will include resistance training, cardio and when to take days off. This is tailored and is bespoke tom you and your exercise schedule.
