Fat Al’s Gym has been up and running nearly two years now and to celebrate I’ve had a few new bits of kit made. There will be a dedicated CV room with more equipment and a specific Leg training room, so no excuses! Also, I’ve ordered an incline chest press and a mid back row.
So get down to Fat Al’s Gym…. New kit, great trainers and a great space for people who want to just work hard and get real results.
