Fitness in the Park
Fit park calling is our outdoor group training session. It runs every saturday at 9am – 10am in Esher, Surrey. (contact us for exact location) It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels as it’s up to you how hard you want to work. It works your cardio vascular system, helps tone muscles, improves flexibility and aids fat loss. It is great fun and is great for meeting new people.
